Overview

Stehli Silk Mill is a renovation project consisting of 165 apartment units. In addition to the apartments, future restaurants/cafes are planned for the existing single story structures. Ancillary structures related to the former boiler building are utilized to provide amenity spaces for the residents, a fitness studio, and a future retail or office space.
